Jones Bros. Jewelers is launching their First Annual POTENT Gratitude Giving Plan for 2023!
Bob is celebrating his 50th birthday… in a big way! Jones Bros. Jewelers will be matching up to $25,000 in donations to two of our favorite organizations in Peoria. Simply bring your receipt into the Jones Bros. Jeweler store and they will make a donation in your name, matching your donation up to $500. Cheers to Bob turning 50 and raising $50,000 for great causes!
Our goal is to raise $50,000 for The Heller Center for Kids with Cancer at OSF Children’s Hospital and Peoria Friendship House.
The Heller Center For Kids With Cancer at OSF Children’s Hospital of Illinois provides a whole collection of services for the patients and families battling Pediatric Cancer in our community. Whether it is a dietician, counselor, psychologist, Survivorship Clinic, or other service that a family going through the Heller Center recognizes the importance of taking care of our local families. Survival is just the start and many pediatric cancer survivors in our community suffer from many issues that are caused by the treatment they endured and continue to need services not covered by insurance going forward. The Heller Center steps in where others do not.
The Peoria Friendship House of Christian Service sits at 800 NE Madison in the heart of the North Valley in downtown Peoria. The Friendship House provides after school programs, summer camps, a STEAMS Program, and is truly “in when the schools are out”. They have one of the communities largest Latina Outreach through their La Familia Program. WE are starting a Peacekeepers initiative in a partnership with the Peoria Police Department and has many other programs through the food pantry and mobile food pantry that helps those in need.
